Makeup for mature skin that won’t cake! First I start with the NARS eyeshadow primer so makeup will last, then the Merit Minimalist stick for concealer, and foundation then the same stick in color ‘cacao’ for contour. The Patrick Ta Double-Take blush in ‘She’s Flushed’ then I set everything with the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Liquid Blurring Spray for a mattifying look. Follow with a little color powder to finish the look!

What's your least favorite exercise?
Without a doubt for me it's bear crawls omg I hate them so much.

Two things: one, don't let anyone tell you lifting light weights does nothing because this upper body was so challenging! Going until muscle is exhausted is crazy hard work. Two: showing you my hardest moments lest you think I am really good at this. I am just trying to get stronger each time.

LOVE it! Talk to your doctor and get @drmaryclaire's book on menopause. HRT brought me back to life!

2. What I eat
Fiber & protein! I prioritize protein because it makes me feel amazing. Animal protein gives me energy & keeps me full. Instead of mayo I'll do lactose free fage yogurt. Fiber: squash, raspberries, avocado, chia, kiwi, etc.
100g protein 30g fiber a day

3. Workout
10k steps. I walk 45 min a day, non negotiable. Can be broken up. Love a weighted vest. 3 days/wk @fitwithcoco pilates - she incorporates weights.

It’s the new year and it’s time for new bras! If you’re looking to update your bras this year I have some strapless bras you’ll love! VS has some of my favorite strapless bras. I have a wide ribcage and a small cup size and the VS strapless bras are perfect. I wear them under halter tops, strapless, plunging neckline tops, under thin tees and silk! Went to work out, remembered I wanted to assemble the weight holder. Put it on the floor to assemble but saw some dust so I dusted. 😂😂😂
Then went to sit on the ottoman but saw Lucy's hair on it so I vacuumed the ottoman and chair. But I noticed the rug was crooked, but had to move the furniture to adjust it. Then needed to vacuum the whole room. Just to put this together so I can workout
