What's your least favorite exercise?
Without a doubt for me it's bear crawls omg I hate them so much.

Two things: one, don't let anyone tell you lifting light weights does nothing because this upper body was so challenging! Going until muscle is exhausted is crazy hard work. Two: showing you my hardest moments lest you think I am really good at this. I am just trying to get stronger each time.

2. What I eat
Fiber & protein! I prioritize protein because it makes me feel amazing. Animal protein gives me energy & keeps me full. Instead of mayo I'll do lactose free fage yogurt. Fiber: squash, raspberries, avocado, chia, kiwi, etc.
100g protein 30g fiber a day

3. Workout
10k steps. I walk 45 min a day, non negotiable. Can be broken up. Love a weighted vest. 3 days/wk @fitwithcoco pilates - she incorporates weights.

Went to work out, remembered I wanted to assemble the weight holder. Put it on the floor to assemble but saw some dust so I dusted. 😂😂😂
Then went to sit on the ottoman but saw Lucy's hair on it so I vacuumed the ottoman and chair. But I noticed the rug was crooked, but had to move the furniture to adjust it. Then needed to vacuum the whole room. Just to put this together so I can workout

Soooo I ran out of my seed and no one told me to do this but me and my big brain thought this could work....😂
On a podcast I heard the seed founder said a tbsp of olive oil is good for your the gut... I heard that ACV w the mother was good... And I already have my LMNT but maybe a sprinkle of sea salt?😅

Blend and bottoms up!
It's like a shot of salad dressing😅
And finally, a big spoonful of fage Greek yogurt (supposedly the best)
I used lactose free.
All of that on an empty stomach then supplements and water w/
LMNT. NOW I can have my coffee and workout! I have no idea if that all did anything😂

Ignore my cuticles -1 need to push them back but... 8 days in from my first try at builder gel and I'm convinced I won't be doing my nails any other way!
I've saved thousands doing my own nails since 2020 but I haven't been this excited about doing my nails in a long time!
Olive & June builder gel- there's a lamp, I use SPF :) removal is like gel: file, cotton soaked in acetone, wrap, remove. OR just file and fill:)

Celebrity stylist, Erin Walsh curated a collection at Quince! I took some of her favorites and styled them with some of my favorite Quince pieces!

I love a bodysuit because it’s perfectly tuckable, so fitted but I never snap! The leather woven ballet flats mold to your feet, go TTS! Love these 100% wool coats, I sized up in both because I have broad shoulders and I liked more of an oversized look. Organic cotton barrel jeans with 1% spandex giving them the perfect amount of stretch! Size up if you have a booty, if not go TTS. I love this washable silk top, it’s truly a staple for me. The cashmere wrap is a life saver! I use them as my travel blanket, wrap or scarf!
