How I get the mask to pee:
I get a lot of DMs asking how I get the mask to peel off like I do: 3-4 fingertips worth- one for each zone of the face. Then GLIDE to spread it on like frosting. Don't rub or press - just gently lay it on. should skip mouth when using mouth tape. So it sticks like this :) pj set is sold out from Tommy John but I linked similar!

What's your least favorite exercise?
Without a doubt for me it's bear crawls omg I hate them so much.

Two things: one, don't let anyone tell you lifting light weights does nothing because this upper body was so challenging! Going until muscle is exhausted is crazy hard work. Two: showing you my hardest moments lest you think I am really good at this. I am just trying to get stronger each time.

Makeup for mature skin that won’t cake! First I start with the NARS eyeshadow primer so makeup will last, then the Merit Minimalist stick for concealer, and foundation then the same stick in color ‘cacao’ for contour. The Patrick Ta Double-Take blush in ‘She’s Flushed’ then I set everything with the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Liquid Blurring Spray for a mattifying look. Follow with a little color powder to finish the look!
