DB or body weight glute bridges - 12 reps
Reverse lunge body weight or goblet-10/side
RDL - 12 reps
Shoulder taps - 30 sec
Bear plank - 30 seconds
Heel taps- 16 reps
✨ Repeat 2-3 rounds
