These training shoes are so stable! For all my strength and core training days I was looking for a flat bottomed shoe that would help my stability. I’ve sprained ankles using running shoes for training - not a great idea!

I searched and searched for a training shoe that was super sturdy, very comfortable, and good for workouts like strength training, HIIT and more. I learned long ago that running shoes are typically terrible for strength training but a lot of workout shoes are designed for running. I am prioritizing balance and stability with my at home training and my shoes make a huge difference I found these and love them! They come in lots of colors but I liked this white/silver neutral.
