These training shoes are so stable! For all my strength and core training days I was looking for a flat bottomed shoe that would help my stability. I’ve sprained ankles using running shoes for training - not a great idea! These Nikes are designed for training days and I love them for HIIT, dumbbell and Pilates workouts. True to size - I always get a 1/2 size up in workout shoes to accommodate socks that are thick enough.
