Recipe: • 8 oz softened cream cheese • Pinch kosher salt • 2½ cups shredded cheddar • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard • 2 tablespoons half & half • ¼-ish cup Guinness beer • 2 scallions, chopped (plus more for garnish) Directions: Mix cream cheese, salt, cheddar, mustard, and half & half until smooth.
