I took Amelia to the mall the other day & wanted to try on these joggers I’ve been wanting for a while now & Omgosh… currently sitting in my cart in multiple colors & trying to decide which one I want! They’re so soft, lightweight, & comfortable & they looked so nice on!! I really love them! Perfect for year round wear, too. We took this “little” girl for a weight check on Monday & she’s 35 pounds… at 4 months old… guess she’s going to be on the bigger side of the 40-60 pounds that was estimated!

Trying to get my 10 year old to eat more vegetables so I made pumpkin zucchini chocolate chip sourdough muffins this morning! Recipe as follows:

1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup sourdough discard
1/2 cup avocado oil (I substituted 1/3 cup pumpkin)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup grated zucchini

Bake at 425 for 5 minutes and then 350 for 15 minutes
