My Gift Guide for Her is here! These pajamas are my favorite & I love getting a new pair every year! This bracelet is so fun & is on my wish list, plus this red light therapy mask. We got our family photos back today from @gloryandgreen & if she isn’t magic, I don’t know who is! I had myself a day (anxiety is not for the feint of heart) & so getting these today was perfect timing & a welcomed distraction from myself. I was sure we didn’t get a single photo when we left our session but, as usual, I’m happy to report I was wrong! (I *would* have liked a little less wind & a little more volume in my hair, though 🤣). Thank you, Kristy!!! Can’t wait for our next ones!

I took Amelia to the mall the other day & wanted to try on these joggers I’ve been wanting for a while now & Omgosh… currently sitting in my cart in multiple colors & trying to decide which one I want! They’re so soft, lightweight, & comfortable & they looked so nice on!! I really love them! Perfect for year round wear, too. Recently got my first @frankandeileen capelet & I love it so much! It’s 100% cotton & just so comfortable (& washable!)! It’s one size & I’m usually an XS & it doesn’t look “too oversized”- I tucked it in in the front & it just looks so chic! I love this for everyday but it would be perfect for travel, too! Also, they’re a B Corp so you can feel good about what you’re buying & who you’re buying it from!

Color Combinations That Work: bright pink, golden mustard, & light blue. I grounded the bold colors with neutral, mocha colored flats & added a bag in a different shade of pink. Color is such an easy way to add personality to your look & adding different textures, like velvet pants, a suede bag, & leather shoes, adds depth. If you’re feeling hesitant to add color to your look, start with an accessory in your favorite color & pair with other neutral pieces!

I just (like, just opened the package!) got these stretch patch pocket jeans from @Quince & I’m so excited about them! They fit TTS & are wildly comfortable! I also got this denim chore jacket & I can’t wait to style it! It fits slightly oversized but I don’t think I could have sized down- plus, I want to be able to wear it over layers!

I’ve worn these with silver sneakers but chose flats to make the outfit a little less casual. I’ve had these flats for almost 5 years & I love them- they’re so comfortable!

I’ve been wearing less & less makeup & focusing more & more on skincare the older I get but lip color is something I do wear most days. I love this Jones Road lip liner in nude rose! It gives just enough color to look like I’m wearing something & to warm up my face but never looks overdone.

I’ve been thinking about my style a lot lately. For a long time, I wouldn’t let myself buy “obviously seasonal” items. I wouldn’t purchase tartan because I thought it wasn’t worth it if I could only wear it for a short time; I don’t have many sherpa or faux fur pieces for the same reason. Anything that seemed like a “seasonal” fabric, especially for colder weather, I passed over and didn’t circle back to it when it went on sale like I did ( & still do) for warmer weather pieces. The thing is though, unique and season-specific pieces like those are what makes getting dressed feel special. So, I’m leaning into focusing on more special pieces this year because getting dressed should be fun!

What’s in my (oversized) bag as a 38 year old mom of 2, ages 11 & 9. We got a ton of snow last weekend- I think we ended up with 6-8 inches plus sleet & ice! I bet we spent 6+ hours in 2 days outside shoveling (& that was only our driveway- we paid some really awesome kids to shovel our front walk!).
