Feeding my neurodivergent four-year-old hasn’t been easy. We’ve faced picky eating, sensory struggles, and tummy issues — and I used to feel so overwhelmed and defeated. 💛 Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) completely changed my perspective. It helped me see that so many of these challenges start in the gut — and that healing begins with gentle, nourishing, easy-to-digest foods offered without pressure. Now, mealtimes are calmer. We focus on simple whole foods, lots of small safe meals, and creating a peaceful environment where he can choose to eat. It’s not perfect, but it’s progress — and that’s what matters most.
