Ultimate Chili Board! My favorite of all for football season!

Carla’s Chili:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lg onion, chopped
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 large bell pepper, chopped
• 1 lb of ground beef
• 32oz dark red kidney beans
• 14.5oz canned tomato sauce
• 1.5 cups beef broth
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin
• salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot over medium heat, add the oil, onion, garlic and pepper. Cook until onions are soft. Add ground beef and break it apart. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Add the tomato sauce, beef broth and beans and bring to a quick boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, checking to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom. Serve on a board with your favorite garnishes. This is what I used:
⭐️ Corn bread, saltine crackers, ritz crackers, butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, red onions, jalapeños, Fritos, diced avocado, cilantro.

Caramel Apple Buckets: a must make! Find the recipe below and all the links too!
Caramel Apple drink Buckets
* 1 tbsp apple pie spread (you can also use apple butter)
* 1 can of Bloom Crisp Apple
* 2oz half & half or heavy cream
* 1 tbsp caramel
* Ice
* 1 cider donut
* Optional: marshmallow fluff to make the ghost in the bucket
Add marshmallow fluff to bucket walls and using a sharpie draw the ghost eyes and mouth on the outside. Add apple pie spread to bottom of bucket, fill with ice, add bloom crisp apple. Froth half&half with caramel until foamy, top the drink with it. Close, add a straw and place cider donut.

My favorite Fall pasta salad!

Fall Pasta Salad 🍂
Ingredients:
• 1 lb pasta, cooked
• 1 cup Brussels sprouts, roasted
• 1 cup butternut squash, cubed + roasted
• 2 medium apples, cubed
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
• 6 slices bacon, cooked + chopped
• 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
Dressing:
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Salt + pepper
Roast Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt + pepper and squash with olive oil, honey, salt + pepper at 400°F for about 20 minutes, until tender but still firm.
Add pasta and all salad ingredients to a large bowl. Add dressing ingredients to a jar and shake well. Pour over the salad, toss and enjoy!
