Do yourself a favor and make this dip! It’s always a huge hit! Even if you are not an olive lover…I bet you’ll love this one!
Dirty Martini Dip
• 1- 8oz block cream cheese
• 4oz good quality blue cheese, don’t buy the crumbled. Buy a soft block.
• 1 cup of green chopped olives, I used the grilled ones from Trader Joe’s
• stuffed olives for the top (you can choose any you want, I got garlic stuffed and cut them in half bc they were big)
• olive brine, about 2 tbsp
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
• Kettle potato chips
In a bowl add cream cheese and blue cheese and using a fork smash together and mix well. Add olive brine, olives, seasoning and mix well again. Add the sour cream and fold it in to make it nice and fluffy. Spread on a platter, add olives on top and serve with potato chips.

Figs in a blanket! They have to be added to your appetizer menu this Fall 🤎🍂

Ingredients:
• 4 figs, cut in half
• 1 cup of Lifeway Farmer Cheese
• 4 prosciutto slices, cut in half lengthwise
• 1 tsp of fresh thyme
• drizzle of honey
• dash of garlic powder
• 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped

Instructions:
With a small melon baller, make a little hole on each fig half. In a bowl, mix Lifeway Farmer cheese with garlic, thyme and a drizzle of honey (depending on how sweet you want it). Wrap each fig in the prosciutto slice and bake in the oven until prosciutto crisps, about 15-18 minutes. Place on a plate or platter, sprinkle pistachios and drizzle more honey on top.

Chocolate brown everything! Loving this pants that come with the scarf detail, they are light and so comfortable. I’m wearing a size 0. The tanks from old navy are under $10 and they are double lined. Great to layer during Fall! And this cardigan has a zipper! So so good

Here is a Fall version of the charcuterie dip! It’s so good y’all! And this is what you need:
• 8oz havarti cheese, cubed
• 8oz of sharp white cheddar or sharp provolone, cubed
• 8oz of salame log - not sliced, cubed
• 1/2 cup of green olives, roughly chopped
• 1 apple, cubed
• 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
For the dressing:
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1/4 cup aged balsamic (it’s sweeter)
• salt and pepper to taste
Add all dressing ingredients to a mason jar and shake until well mix. It will be creamy. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and pour the dressing on top. Mix well. Serve with baguette or crusty bread.

Super easy weeknight dinner that is so delicious!

Easy Chicken Lo Mein
• 1 lb chicken tenderloins, cubed
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 small bok choy, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 1 cup broccoli
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
• 1/4 cup green onions
• 1 box spaghetti, cooked
•salt & pepper & red chili flakes for a kick (optional)
Sauce:
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
•1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with a little cold water
Steam broccoli and reserve. Cook chicken in sesame oil. Add garlic and veggies and sauté until cook but firm. Mix sauce ingredients and pour into pan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add broccoli and cooked spaghetti and toss until everything is well coated.

The best of both worlds! When in doubt, combine them both!
GOOEY POP CORN (think of a rice Krissy treat made out of pop corn)
• 1 stick butter
• 1 bag mini marshmallows
• Less than 1 cup vanilla or white cake mix
• ¾ large bag popcorn
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Halloween Sprinkles
Melt butter, add vanilla and stir. Add marshmallows and mix together until smooth. Stir in cake mix and mix well. Drop pop corn and mix until coated. Add sprinkles while still hot so they stick and enjoy!

You can also cool this off and bag them in Halloween bags for treats.
