Earlier this week I shared a few of my favorite tips (on my Instagram stories) on how to get back on track. We have all fallen off the wagon before, either you drink too much, eat too much, or took in something that did not settle well with you. So here’s a little breakdown of the tips that I shared with you all in my stories. 1. The most important thing is not to blame your self. It is easy to beat yourself up or telling yourself that you should never have done that. 2. Continue on with your normal routine. It’s easier to lay in bed all day and have yourself a pity party. But that’s not gonna help anything and you will probably feel worse in the evening knowing that you let this mistake wreck your whole day. 3. Drink lots of water. I know we have all heard this before and are probably tired of hearing it, but it is so important. 4. Do not jump on the scale. There are a lot of factors that can make the scale go up besides fat gain. If you took into much salt, took in too much liquids, you haven’t gone to the bathroom lately, you’re stressed out, and so on. 5. Eat clean and organic ingredients when possible.
