Happy training Tuesday š Anyone else feel like their fitness journey has taken so many twists and turns? In 2012 I was running to train for a half marathon⦠which I never ended up doing. In 2015 I was training for NPC Bikini competitions. I ended up competing and placing in three shows. In 2017 I was focusing on getting my ādamagedā metabolism back to healthy. In 2018 - 2019 I was doing my best to feel my best while understanding my IBS. In 2020 I focused on reducing my anxiety and stress with body weight workouts and running. Now, I am focusing on overcoming anorexia, binge eating and finding a happy medium with my fitness. Crazy how our fitness and nutrition changes when our environment changes.
