Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb mild italian sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 shallot, diced finely
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
*mix ingredients and form into small balls- yields about 50 meatballs. half or double recipe if need be
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt & pepper (to taste)
*cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes
- hawaiian rolls
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
*spread on bottom & broil for 2-3 minutes until brown, add fillings & spread on top then bake for 7-10 minutes at 350°F until golden brown

you have to make this for your Super Bowl party! it’s the ultimate crowd pleaser

Ingredients:
- rotisserie chicken, skin off & shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped finely
- 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- about 1 tsp black pepper
- about 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 8 oz cream cheese
- about 2 cups cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- about 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
- drizzle of buffalo sauce

bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, then broil on high for 2-3 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbly~ serve with celery & toasted baguette slices

this creamy boursin orzo is the best for a quick & easy weeknight meal🧀🍃with some chicken sausage it really is perfection!

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups orzo
- 1 block @Boursin Cheese 
- 4 cups chicken stock
*cover and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, remove and stir then put back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes
- chicken sausage, sliced and browned
- large handful spinach
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan

- 6 medium globe tomatoes, quartered
- 1 rd bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
- fresh rosemary, about 1 tbsp
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
*roast at 350°F for about 1 hour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp white sugar
*blend together until smooth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
*top with
- fresh basil
- parmesan cheese, freshly grated

- cracked wheat sourdough
