Fascia are the connective tissue that wrap through our body, holding our muscles, organs, and bones together. Fascia erode with age and while you can get aches due to repeated strain, stress is a huge contributing factor. Many Eastern/holistic practitioners believe that our fascia are where we hold tension, stress, fear and any trauma. As for me, Iām super high strung (hi [EMOJI]) and hold all of my stress, anxiety, and tension ināand then I literally feel the pain in body. (FML) The mind-body connection is real.
Itās weird being super healthyāI take vitamins daily, eat an anti-inflammatory diet, sleep 8 hours, and I am so fortunate to have zero allergies, ailments, or illnessesābut my stress feels like itās literally killing me.
