Are you a Lipedema Lady whose shape generally stays the same but gets incrementally bigger and smaller over the years?

I am currently getting back to my smaller self and finding clothing pieces I used to love and cherish. I have kept some because for me once I find something that fits my non-traditional measurements, it is hard to let go cause I worked so hard to find it. Do you experience this too? These @athleta bottoms were a staple for me in 2022 when I worked with them as a local ambassador and these leggings were part of my spring #giftedcollab. The pattern comes through much stronger now and I love their inclusive sizing.

I have passed my first of 6 months of “daily” cardio which ended up being actually 24 sessions so that my body could recover from some of the days it wasn’t feeling great. As a result, I am going to check in with my cardiologist to see if I can commit to 5 days per week for the next 5 months to allow for some recovery in the hotter weather. What do you think he will say?🤔

Walked at the park even though it was nearly dark when I started, ended up varying my route by staying by the lit soccer fields and finished with a flashlight!

Day 17… Are you feeling inspired?!

I am! I have learned SO much already. I used to be unstoppable and I could rely on that tenacity to get me through whatever goal I had. Post 2020, my level of tenacity is much more fluid and in this case has served me well as I had to make a pivot last
Week due to tweaking my back so walking was not an option. For a myriad of reasons like time, safety and practicality I had to switch to

Day 6 - 30 min daily cardio

Made it just in time with 30 minutes left at the pool at 10:15pm. Chose to do pool work because I tweaked my back in the morning. Was hoping it would resolve but ultimately decided not to push it at the last second.

Worked out and was amazed how different my reflection looked since the last time I was at LA Fitness.
The inflammation reduction is real and some of the Lipedema hallmarks are really reducing👏
