Reach for the sky🌞 Today, during one of my livestreams I was asked if I stretch. Truthfully, not as often as I should but today I was inspired to do so because of the suggestion. So, here we are. I’m now coming in with a reminder that gentle stretching does a body good but be sure to work with your body and not against it. Lean into what you can do and build from there. I’m a hypermobile gal on the hEDS (Ehlers Danlos) spectrum and I am very cautious when it comes to stretching so I try to just let me body land where it wants to without trying to push it further.
