I still remember going LIVE on Instagram daily for the first year I was posting to develop an engaged community! It was so much fun live-streaming and interacting with everyone and sharing so much about our Lipedema journeys. When that all changed, I felt a sense of loss and disconnection. I had to take a step back and begin filming videos that really was not my forte because I’m not a performer. So, truthfully, I’ve mainly been filming as I can in small stolen snippets of time, quietly, while my family was doing something else in the background. Now that my son is off to college and I have more time to myself, I am excited to be able to engage in a new way. To talk with you directly through the camera more or with voice overs (even some long form YouTube video are in production as we speak! (Plus, I think I am going to speak even further on this topic too in a longer video there.👏) I’m so happy this comment appeared and I had a chance to respond directly.
