30-Minute Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas ✨ This easy weeknight dinner came together in no time thanks to my favorite rotary shredder! I used it to shred both the rotisserie chicken and the cheese, and my spoonula made serving these cheesy enchiladas so easy. 🧀 Recipe: • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded • 8 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 bottle green taco sauce • 5 large tortilla shells Directions: 1. Mix the shredded chicken, half the cheese, and about ½ bottle of taco sauce in a bowl. 2. Fill and roll the tortillas and place them in a 9x13 baking dish. 3. Top with the remaining taco sauce and the rest of the cheese. 4. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Both the rotary shredder and spoonula set are linked in my showcase!
