when upgrading this basic ‘90s new construction bathroom as part of a dwelloctoberstudio renovation, we opted for classic finishes that would stand the test of time. the gray vanity served as the jumping off point for this design. when vanity shopping, one of our favorite tips is to purchase a vanity base only, then customize it with your desired sink and stone countertop. we also swapped out the standard hardware for more modern matte black handles and knobs. the marble hexagon floor tile and simple white subway tile on the shower walls tie into the vanity, while subtle pink accents in the bath mat and shower curtain add a touch of warmth to the space. dwelloctober LTKhome
