despite being a foreclosure, this dwelloctoberrealestate mid-century modern fixer-upper had great bones and was just in need of some TLC. the floor plan flowed really nicely throughout the house and all of the rooms were a great size, so dwelloctoberstudio kept the original layout exactly the same. in the living room, the old leaking windows were switched out for modern black ones, the wall to wall carpeting was removed, and the original hardwood floors were refinished to showcase their natural beauty. a custom-built wood divider creates separation between the front entry and the living room and accentuates mid-century modern feel. dwelloctober LTKhome
