Friday Faves: Workout Edition!

1. YPB studioFLEX Sports Bra & Bike Short: I just got this Abercrombie set, and I’m already obsessed. The fit is super flattering and comfy, the fabric is soft but still supportive. I love the minimal design and the matching set always makes me feel more put together. And YPB is such good quality for the price!

2. Lululemon Yoga Mat: This Lululemon yoga mat is thick enough to cushion my knees but still grippy so I’m not sliding all over the place. The quality feels super durable, and it wipes clean easily after a sweaty workout. Plus, it's so pretty it actually makes me want to work out every day.

3. Target Dumbbells: I love how the grip on these weights actually feels comfortable.I have a set of 10lbs, 15lbs and 20lbs.

4. Lululemon Align Tank Top: If you haven't bought into the Lululemon Align hype, you need to try this tank. It’s buttery soft, super flattering, and comfy enough to wear all day, not just for workouts. The built-in bra gives just the right amount of support, and it pairs perfectly with high-waisted leggings. Honestly, it’s one of those pieces I want in every color.

5. CRZ Yoga Butterlift Leggings: I grabbed these CRZ Yoga Butterlift Leggings from Amazon and they’re seriously amazing. The fabric is soft and stretchy, just like the high-end brands, and they hug me in all the right places without feeling tight. They stay put during workouts and still look cute for running errands. Honestly, they feel way more expensive than they are.

Friday Faves: Halloween Edition!

1. Old Navy Halloween Graphic T-Shirt: I grabbed this for Tucker and it’s the cutest. He’s really into all things Halloween right now, and this “Too Ghoul for School” tee is festive without being over the top. Old Navy graphic tees are always soft, easy to wash, and pretty inexpensive. Plus, they're all on sale right now.

2. Old Navy Halloween Print Long-Sleeve Dress: Olivia picked this Halloween dress to twirl around in. The soft cotton makes it comfy enough for school or play, and I love that it feels special without being fussy: We layer it with leggings and it’s instantly a whole outfit.

3. Etsy Trick or Treat Bags: I got personalized Halloween baskets for Tucker and Olivia last year, and I know they're going to be something we pull out every October. I love the idea of them using the same basket year after year.

4. Halloween HannaJams Pajama Set: I couldn’t resist grabbing these Halloween jammies. The prints are festive without being over the top, and the quality is so good they’ll definitely last to pass down. If you want the whole family to match, they have lots of choices for parents and older siblings too.

5. Target Decorative Pumpkins: Setting up some little pumpkins from Target around the house is basically the extent of my Halloween decor. Still, they instantly make everything feel cozy and festive! I love how the different styles, like baskets and ceramics, really go together, so I can mix and match without it feeling cluttered.

Meet the very first bowl in my new series ✨ Better in a Bowl ✨

Bowl meals are superior for many reasons and I’m really excited to share some of my faves with you. First up is this KOREAN BEEF BOWL! It’s packed with flavor, protein and comes together quick for an easy weeknight option! 💪🔥

Beef
• 1 lb lean ground beef, I like using 93/7
• ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
• 2 Tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp gochujang
• 2 tsp fish sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced (I used the frozen cubes)
• 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (I use the frozen cubes)

Bowl
• 1-2 cups carrot ribbons
• 1-2 cups fresh cucumbers, julienned
• 1-2 cups sliced red cabbage
• ½ cup Kimchi
• Sliced green onion
• Spicy mayo, recipe below
• Cooked white rice or cauliflower rice
• Sesame seeds

Spicy Mayo
• 3 Tbsp mayo, I like avocado oil mayo
• 1 tsp Sriracha
• 1 Tbsp water

Y’all, it’s National Coffee Day AND Starbucks now has PROTEIN coffee! 💪☕️

Mom and I had to go test it out after my workout. We ordered her go-to, an iced caramel macchiato, with the protein-boosted milk and I tried the cold brew with plain protein cold foam.

Her review: “Delicious… maybe a tiny protein taste, but still really good and really filling.”
My review: Honestly, I’m into it. This could become my new go-to order, but I also need to know exactly what’s in it and the macros first. Not sure why these aren’t available yet. I do know it’s 2% milk and whey protein...

Will you try the new protein options? And do we need a DIY version at home? TBH, I started testing recipes for this back when they announced the banana protein cold foam months ago but still haven’t perfected the recipe. Once I do, I’ll be sure to share!
