A day in the life of a personal stylist 🛍️☕ — camel blazer on, coffee in hand, and a very large bag of returns to finish off from earlier this week. Anthropologie first, then over to the mall for Nordstrom. Once those were finally done, I shifted gears — because I had a personal shopping appointment that afternoon and a dressing room to set up. This is the part I love. Pulling pieces with a specific client in mind, thinking through what she already has, what's missing, and what makes sense to add for fall. Getting everything organized and ready before she walks in so that when she arrives, we can just get straight to the good part. She tried everything on, we talked through fit, made adjustments, and narrowed it down to the pieces that were really going to work for her wardrobe. And then Nordstrom was only stop one — we headed to Aritzia to round out the rest of the day. Returns in the morning, dressing rooms in the afternoon.
