Hydration just got a little spicy.
I’ve been obsessed with creating hydration elixirs using Trader Joe’s Jalapeño Limeade lately. The sweet lime flavor paired with a subtle jalapeño kick makes every sip feel like a summer mocktail while helping you stay hydrated.

My favorite combination?

In a 40 oz tumbler add:
1 scoop collagen
10 oz Trader Joe’s Jalapeño Limeade
12 oz Lime with Mint Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water
18 oz coconut water
6 cucumber slices
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh mint
Ice

pumpkin spice moon milk for better sleep and stress relieff

I love all things pumpkin but I’m not a fan of the sugary fake syrup you can grab at the local coffee shop or grocery aisle. I mean, they don’t even have pumpkin in them!

So I decided to make my own that tastes amazing and no fake stuff. To make it you’ll need:

1 & 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tsp of a pumpkin spice blend
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
2 cinnamon sticks to a sauce pan

Stir together and bring to a simmer over low heat. Let this simmer for 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so.

Turn off the heat and let cool completely before transferring to a pour spout container and storing in the fridge. Enjoy!
