Kind of obsessed with these flats from @samedelman 🤎

I’ve been looking for a pointed-toe flat that gives me the polish of a heel but is comfortable enough for everyday, and these are quickly becoming a favorite.

The cognac is such a versatile color in my wardrobe. I love it here with denim and layered greens, but it will work just as easily with chocolate brown, cream, navy, dresses, and trousers.

Polished, comfortable, and exactly the kind of piece I want in my Signature Wardrobe.

The Closet Edit | Packing Edition ✈️ Arizona

Packing for two weeks in Arizona, and I’m starting with the bottoms.

The goal isn’t to pack an outfit for every day. It’s to bring a small mix of pieces that can work across everything we have planned, from hiking and exploring to Scottsdale dinners and relaxed travel days.

I’m sticking to a cohesive neutral palette so I can mix and match tops, layers, and shoes without overpacking.

This is my Signature Wardrobe philosophy in suitcase form: fewer pieces, more combinations, and everything earns its place. 🤎

Next up: the tops.

One Thing I’d Buy Again | Pura Diffuser 🤎

This is one of those little luxuries I use every single day.

I love that I can control my Pura right from my phone, adjust the intensity, set a schedule, and change the scent depending on the season or mood I want to create at home.

Scent is such an important part of how a space feels, and I love walking into a home that smells as considered as it looks.

Used it. Loved it. Would absolutely buy it again.

Behind the Design | Mudroom

A mudroom should do more than catch the clutter. It should set the tone for the home.

For this space, the goal was to create something highly functional, but still beautiful, elevated, and connected to the rest of the design.

We layered classic wall detailing with a Maritime Luxe feel, combining creamy neutrals, a muted olive green, tailored millwork, and subtle texture to give this hardworking space a sense of quiet luxury. Built-in storage, hooks, and a bench bring the practicality every family needs, while the architectural details make it feel intentional rather than purely utilitarian.

It’s one of my favorite reminders that even the most functional spaces can feel refined, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.

Stay tuned for the finished space later this year. I can’t wait to show you how it all comes together.

Save this for mudroom inspiration if you want a space that works hard and looks beautiful.

Designer’s Review | Rhone Mirage Shorts 🤎

These are the kind of shorts I want in my active wardrobe: comfortable, flattering, and versatile enough to wear beyond a workout.

I love how lightweight the Rhone Mirage Shorts feel, and the fit gives me room to move without feeling oversized or sloppy. They work for training, walking, travel, or just an active day when I still want to feel pulled together.

I’ve been trying to be much more intentional about what earns a place in my wardrobe, and these passed the test.

Designer’s verdict: comfortable, functional, flattering, and definitely a keeper.

#LTKootd #LTKActive #LTKPetite
1 Item, 3 Ways | The Midi Dress 🤎

One dress, three ways to make it feel completely different.

This is exactly what I look for in a Signature Wardrobe piece. Something I can change simply by switching the layers, shoes, and accessories.

Wear it on its own, layer over it, or add a belt to change the silhouette. Same dress, completely different feel.

Fewer pieces. More outfit possibilities. A wardrobe that works harder for you.

Which way would you wear it?

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKOver40
The Designer’s Shortlist | Vol. 10 🤎

Five things that have caught my designer eye, from pieces I already love to ones I think are worth knowing about.

🤎 Style: Sam Edelman Jacket. The perfect fall layer and exactly the kind of timeless piece I want in my Signature Wardrobe.

✨ Beauty: m.ph Foundation in Medium 110N. Surprisingly lightweight for the amount of coverage it gives, and this shade is a great match for me.

🏠 Home: Lumbar Pillow. I love the warmth and color it adds to my office. Proof that one small detail can change how a space feels.

✈️ Travel: Woven Belt Bag. Inexpensive, stylish, surprisingly roomy, and perfect when I want to be hands-free while traveling.

📖 Lifestyle: Sedona. I love reading fiction set in the places I’m traveling, so this one is coming to Arizona with me.

Style, beauty, home, travel + lifestyle. The details that make everyday life feel a little more considered.

Which one would make your shortlist?

#LTKTravel #LTKHome #LTKBeauty
Outfit Formula | Elevated Everyday 🤎

Some of my favorite outfits aren’t complicated. They’re just built from the right pieces.

The formula:
Great-fitting jeans + an elevated blouse + pointed-toe pumps + a belt + a structured bag.

The chocolate brown keeps everything feeling rich and cohesive, while the jeans make it easy enough for everyday wear.

This is exactly how I want my wardrobe to work. A few pieces I love, mixed in different ways, with the accessories doing the finishing work.

Save this formula for the next time you want to look pulled together without overthinking it.

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKSeasonal
10 outfits. 1 pair of brown trousers. 🤎

This is what I mean when I talk about building a wardrobe instead of just buying clothes.

I don’t need 10 new fall outfits. I need one great pair of trousers that works with the knits, white shirts, tees, jackets, leather, quarter-zips, flats, pumps and boots already in my closet.

And after putting these 10 together, I could probably make another 10.

That’s becoming my test before I buy something: Can I immediately think of at least 3 ways to wear it with what I already own?

More outfits. Fewer random purchases. A closet that actually works together.

Which of the 10 would you wear first? 🤎

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKOver40
One Thing I’d Buy Again | Sol de Janeiro 🤎

There are some products you try once, and others that become part of your routine. This one is firmly in the second category.

I keep coming back to this particular Sol de Janeiro scent because I love how it smells, and the body cream leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated without feeling heavy.

I’m pretty loyal when I find something I love, and this is the Sol de Janeiro scent I continue to repurchase.

Used it. Loved it. Would absolutely buy it again.

Behind the Design | Why This Neutral Palette Works

Neutral doesn’t have to mean flat.

I took these photos while walking through the RH showroom in Shadyside because I kept noticing how much depth they created without relying on a lot of color.

The palette stays incredibly restrained, but look at everything happening within it: warm woods, aged brass, stone, velvet, linen, glass, oversized artwork, sculptural pieces and layers of brown, camel, cream and black.

There’s also a lesson in scale. The oversized mirrors, lighting, artwork and accessories give the rooms presence, while the smaller details keep them from feeling overly styled.

This is what makes a neutral room interesting. It isn’t more color. It’s contrast, texture, scale and material.

You don’t have to recreate the showroom or buy every piece from one source to get the look. I pulled together some similar pieces that use these same design principles so you can bring the feeling into your own home.

The details matter. 🤎

Designer’s Review | New Balance 327 👟

When I find something that works, I’m not afraid to buy it in another color.

I’ve had my first pair of New Balance 327s for a while, and they’ve become one of the most-worn sneakers in my wardrobe. They’re comfortable enough for days with a lot of walking, but what I really love is that they don’t feel like just a workout shoe.

They look just as good with jeans, trousers, shorts, or casual travel outfits, which is exactly what I want from a sneaker.

I recently added this neutral colorway, and I already know they’ll get plenty of wear.

Designer’s verdict: comfortable, versatile, and worth the repeat purchase. 🤎

#LTKfitnessgoals #LTKTravel #LTKPetite
1 Item, 3 Ways | Hiking Boots 🤎

Hiking boots, but make them part of the wardrobe.

I’m taking these with me to Arizona, so I wanted more than one way to wear them. The goal was to build outfits that work beyond the trail:

🤎 Elevated Everyday: dark denim, a crisp white tee + lightweight jacket
🥾 Hiking: active shorts + a lightweight quarter zip
✈️ Travel: joggers + a denim shirt for an easy layered look

This is exactly how I want my Signature Wardrobe to work. Even the practical pieces should mix easily with what I already own and earn their space in my suitcase.

One pair of boots. Three very different outfits. Which would you wear?

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKTravel
The Designer’s Shortlist | Vol. 9 ✨

Five things I’m using, loving, and recommending right now.

👟 Style: New Balance 327 Sneakers. So comfortable I own them in two colorways, and they work with so many casual outfits.

💄 Beauty: MERIT Lip in Baby. The prettiest everyday color with lasting wear.

🏠 Home: Shark Self-Empty Vacuum. I use mine almost daily, and this new color is 100%.

✈️ Travel: Mini Tripod. Compact, adjustable, magnetic, and one of my favorite tools for capturing photos and content while traveling.

🤎 Lifestyle: Midi Daily Fiber+. An easy, good-tasting way to add more fiber to my daily routine.

The Designer’s Shortlist is all about the things I think are actually worth knowing about, whether they’re already part of my routine or have caught my designer eye.

Which one would make your shortlist?

#LTKBeauty #LTKTravel #LTKHome
Trying something new today. 🤎 Eva and I are heading to MECKA to try a class together.

I already train three days a week, but I love mixing in something different occasionally, especially when it means getting to spend time with her.

Current status: cute workout outfit, optimistic attitude. We’ll see how I feel afterward. 😂

#LTKdayinmylife #LTKfitnessgoals #LTKmomlife
1 item, 4 ways 🤎

These brown trousers are becoming one of those pieces that proves why I’d rather build a wardrobe than just keep buying clothes.

Four outfits, all created with pieces already in my closet:

1. Tonal brown jacket + pointed-toe boots
2. Ivory quarter-zip + woven flats
3. Cream eyelet jacket + tee + flats
4. Brown trench + white tee + flats

Same trousers, completely different looks.

My rule lately: if I’m adding something new, I want to be able to immediately picture at least 3 ways to wear it with what I already own. These passed the test — and I could easily keep going.

Which would you wear first: 1, 2, 3 or 4? 🤎

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKSeasonal
One Thing I’d Buy Again: Salt & Stone Body Wash

This is one of those little everyday luxuries I keep coming back to. The scent is beautiful, but more importantly, it works well for my sensitive skin and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or dried out after I shower. Great scent + great formula = something I’d absolutely repurchase.
The details really do matter. 🤎

I started with an ivory cami and chocolate brown leather skirt, but I really wanted to carry the black Chanel bag I borrowed from Vivrelle.

Instead of worrying that the black didn’t “match,” I added a black belt to repeat the color and tie the look together. Such a small styling decision, but it makes the entire outfit feel more cohesive.

And this is one of the reasons I love Vivrelle. I can borrow a luxury bag, style it with pieces already in my wardrobe, and enjoy it without committing to the purchase.

✨ Use my code APRILSPAGNOLO when you join Vivrelle.

✨ Designer’s Review: Quince Trench Coat
This trench gives me all the classic Burberry vibes without the designer price tag. What I especially love is the versatility. The buttons let you wear and style it several different ways, so it doesn’t feel like a basic trench that only has one look. It’s one of those pieces that instantly makes a simple outfit feel more pulled together.

#LTKootd #LTKSeasonal #LTKPetite
1 trench, 3 ways 🤎

A classic trench is one of those pieces that earns its place in your wardrobe because it can completely change the feel of an outfit.

👖 Elevated everyday: white tee + straight-leg denim + flats
🤎 Date night: silk cami + full midi skirt + heels
💼 Work: tonal chocolate layers + tailored trousers + pumps

Same trench, three completely different looks. This is exactly how I want my wardrobe to work: fewer pieces, more outfits, and everything works together.

Shop the looks on my LTK.

Designer Shortlist Vol. 8 🤎

Five things I’m loving right now, from the little details that finish an outfit to the things that make home, travel, and everyday life feel a little more intentional.

Style: the snake chain necklace I reach for on repeat
Beauty: RŌZ Foundation Mask for softer, healthier-looking hair
Home: Pura for making the house smell amazing
Travel: my BÉIS Mini Weekender for quick getaways
Lifestyle: Big Magic for a little creative inspiration

Consider this your designer-approved edit of the things actually worth adding to your life.

Which one would make your shortlist?

A $25 Amazon find that’s coming everywhere with me. 🤎

I wanted a crossbody that was big enough to actually hold what I need, but still easy to carry hands-free. This one is perfect for our Arizona trip, weekends exploring the city, and especially bike rides when I don’t want to carry a tote.

I love the woven chocolate brown—it looks much more elevated than the $25 price tag and works with so much of my wardrobe.

Proof that a great find doesn’t have to be expensive.

#LTKTravel #LTKootd #LTKPetite
1 pair of brown trousers, 3 ways to layer them for fall.

The easiest way I’ve found to transition my wardrobe isn’t buying a whole new season of clothes—it’s taking the pieces I already wear and changing the third layer.

A lightweight jacket for warmer days, my Barbour for casual weekends, or brown leather when I want the whole look to feel a little more elevated.

Same trousers. Very different outfits.

1, 2 or 3?

One Thing I’d Buy Again

Merit Flush Balm
I’d buy this blush again in a second. The rounded shape is designed so well for your face. I can swipe it right along my cheekbone and it naturally follows the contour without needing a lot of blending. It’s quick, easy and gives me that effortless flush I want from an everyday blush.

#LTKgrwm #LTKBeauty #LTKmorningroutine
My 5-minute morning with MERIT 🤎 Easy, polished, and exactly the kind of makeup routine I want on a busy morning.

My go-to shades:
✨ The Minimalist — Sandstone
✨ Flush Balm — Beverly Hills or Stockholm
✨ Solo Shadow — Vachetta + Brun
✨ Brow 1980 — Taupe
✨ Clean Lash — Brown
✨ Signature Lip — Baby + Twin Set or Poinsettia

Add Great Skin Serum + Moisturizer and I can go from skincare to pulled together in about five minutes.

Everything is easy to apply, easy to blend, and gives that natural you, just a little more polished look.

✨ Designer’s Review: Amazon Woven Belt Bag | $25
This is one of those Amazon finds that looks so much more expensive than it is. The woven texture gives it an elevated look, but what really sold me is how practical it is. I’ve been using it for errands, travel, weekends around the city, and it will be perfect for biking. For $25, this was an easy yes.

#LTKTravel #LTKdayinmylife #LTKmomlife
1 Item, 3 Ways 🤎 Washable Silk Cami

This is exactly why I love a great elevated basic. One simple silk cami can move from everyday to date night to work just by changing what you pair with it.

👖 Elevated Everyday: dark denim + chocolate pumps
🤎 Date Night: flowy midi skirt + suede bag
💼 Work: tailored trousers + classic pumps

My rule for a more intentional wardrobe: buy fewer pieces, but make sure they can do more.

#LTKPetite #LTKootd #LTKOver40
Designer Shortlist Vol. 7 🤎

Five things that have earned a spot on my shortlist because they’re beautiful, useful, and make everyday life just a little easier.

Style: the timeless Quince trench
Beauty: my five-minute makeup MVP from Merit
Home: the Purple mattress we sleep on every night
Travel: BÉIS packing cubes that keep my suitcase organized
Lifestyle: Future Rich Person — what I’m listening to right now

I’m always looking for the things that are actually worth buying, not just more things to buy.

Which one would make your shortlist?

#LTKHome #LTKTravel #LTKBeauty
Chocolate brown + blue might be one of my favorite color combinations for fall. 🤎💙

A soft brown knit, tailored blue trousers, chocolate pumps and a simple belt — polished without feeling overly dressed.

This is exactly the kind of outfit I love: simple pieces, great proportions, and an unexpected color combination that makes it feel intentional.

Save this one for an easy work outfit or fall dinner look.

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKSeasonal
One pair of trousers, three completely different moods 🤎

A tonal knit when I want something polished.
A crisp white button-down when I want classic.
A white tee + flats when I want effortless.

This is exactly how I want my wardrobe to work—fewer pieces, but more ways to wear them.

Which one are you choosing: 1, 2 or 3?

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKSeasonal
I’ve tried a lot of nude pumps over the years, but I keep coming back to the Sam Edelman Hazel Pumps.

In fact…I own them in six colors.

The pointed toe elongates your legs, the heel is comfortable enough for all-day wear, and they instantly make even a simple jeans-and-tee outfit feel polished.

Some shoes are trendy. These are forever.

Behind the Design | The biggest lighting mistake I see homeowners make?

Relying on recessed lighting to do all the work.

Recessed lights are functional, but when all your light comes from the ceiling, even a beautifully designed room can feel flat and overly bright.

I design lighting in layers: architectural lighting where you need it, decorative fixtures like pendants and sconces, and lamps that create softer pools of light at different heights.

The goal isn’t to make every inch of your home equally bright. It’s to create warmth, dimension and atmosphere.

Because good lighting doesn’t just help you see your home, it changes how your home feels.

Save this one before you plan the lighting for your next build or renovation.

Designer’s Review | Arabella Swivel Chair

One of those pieces that proves you don’t have to choose between beautiful and functional. 🤍

I chose the Arabella Swivel Chair for my office because I wanted something polished enough to work as a backdrop for content, but comfortable enough to actually use.

The tailored shape, warm neutral upholstery and swivel base make it incredibly versatile — and it feels substantial without overwhelming the room.

Designer verdict: beautiful, comfortable, versatile and I’d absolutely buy it again.

I linked the exact chair here so you can shop it.

#LTKWorkwear #LTKdayinmylife #LTKHome
1 Item, 3 Ways | The White Button Down 🤍

A crisp white button down is one of those pieces that earns its place in your wardrobe because it can completely change depending on what you pair it with.

This week, I styled mine three ways:

1. With a long neutral skirt for an easy, polished look
2. With dark denim + a tailored plaid blazer
3. With rich brown trousers for a tonal fall look

I kept the same chocolate brown heels and woven bag with all three—a good reminder that you don’t need a different accessory for every outfit.

The goal isn’t more clothes. It’s finding pieces that give you more ways to get dressed.

Which would you wear: 1, 2 or 3?

#LTKootd #LTKPetite #LTKOver40
The Designer Shortlist | Vol. 6

Five things on my shortlist this week across style, beauty, home, travel + lifestyle.

STYLE | Varley Luxury Quarter-Zip
An elevated take on everyday comfort that makes leggings or denim instantly feel more pulled together.

BEAUTY | Merit Great Skin Glow Serum
The kind of effortless beauty product I love: hydration and a fresh, healthy-looking glow without a complicated routine.

HOME | Decorative Boxes
One of my favorite designer tricks for making shelves look finished while quietly hiding all the little things you don’t want to see.

TRAVEL | BÉIS Carry-On
Smart organization, a polished look, and enough room to make packing feel considerably less chaotic.

LIFESTYLE | The Science of Scaling Audiobook
Currently listening and thinking about how to grow bigger without simply doing more. Exactly the mindset I want to bring into this next season.

Style. Beauty. Home. Travel. Lifestyle.

A few well-chosen things that make everyday life feel a little more intentional.

The easiest outfit formula for brunch or a coffee run ☕️

Start with a great-fitting tee and dark-wash jeans, then add woven flats, a structured bag, and warm gold jewelry. Comfortable, polished, and effortless without feeling overdone.

This is exactly why I believe in outfit formulas: fewer decisions, more outfits you genuinely love wearing.

Would you wear this for brunch or a coffee run?
