Mix all crust ingredients in bowl until a dough is formed. Press dough in pan and bake 18-20 minutes, until sides are golden brown. While the crust is baking, add all filling ingredients into the food processor or blender. Pour the smooth pineapple mixture onto the hot crust and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
