Sometimes my posts are pep talks to myself. When I talk about fueling my body, it’s a reminder to eat healthier that day. When it’s about not making excuses to skip the gym it’s so I appreciate the fact that I’m able bodied enough to physically workout. To quit my moaning and procrastinating and get moving. When I talk about the choices we make that we are all in control of it’s a reminder to myself that *I* am in control of my life. To stop blaming people, places and things that are beyond my control and to take accountability and responsibility for every choice I make 💗 I’m not a preacher and I’m not trying to lecture anyone. I get lots of DMs thanking me for the “reminder I needed to hear today”. I’m right there with you guys. I don’t like things sugar coated. Sometimes I need to kick myself in the ass and give myself some tough love. I post what I’d want to hear from a true friend in the hopes that others are in the same boat as me 💗 Im not for everyone. I’m for those people that don’t want people telling them what they WANT to hear. I’m for the people that want someone to reach down into their soul and tell them what they NEED to hear. This is how I function best. I need a mental strength self check sometimes. That either resonates with you or it doesn’t 💗 So if you think I’m looking down on you, know that I’m absolutely not. I’m giving you exactly what I’d want to hear because I care. Because I want every person to read my posts and walk away feeling a little bit stronger and lot more in control of their lives.
