Our bodies are strong. Our bodies are capable. I’ve decided that I’m physically and mentally ready (as well as baby Boden) to start losing the weight I gained during my last pregnancy. 55lbs in 41 weeks. While I honor and am in awe of this body that carried and grew 4 perfect humans, I am ready to reconnect to my best self. Mentally, emotionally, physically. Every roll, every stretch mark, every dimple of cellulite is not my enemy, they are my reminders of how amazing this body is, and they will not go away completely. I may change some on the outside in the coming months, but I will always respect this body and all it’s gone through in the last 9 years.... heck all 31 years!Sharing some of my recent Amazon fashion finds for athletic wear.
