Convinced the hubby to ditch the bedroom dresser and just add more shelves and storage to our closet. We had to modify the existing structure to frame in the window and add a bench, shoe rack and lots of cubbies. Raised the overall structure from just 7ft-high all the way to the ceiling giving us more storage space. To compensate for the dresser, we built a chest of drawers on each of our sides of the closet.
