HOW TO GET RID OF DEEP ACNE FAST

One of the best investments I ever made for my skin was getting a high frequency wand. This is something that my aestheticians have been using on me since I was in high school when I had a really bad cystic acne.

It’s one of the best tools to have at home and create your own at home med spa in between treatments with your provider. I pull it out, especially after my period when breakouts are on high! These deep sits went away in a couple of days after continued use of this wand you see right here.

My favorite hack for spending well under $50 for designer foundation (these actually look better in photos and survive a full day or night) is this Prada refillable foundation. The refill is $50 and with the sale, you get it much cheaper. Buy it once at $70 plus the sale, and then well under $50!

I love this red blush: the Patrick Ta blush and eyeshadow palettes are absolutely worth if for the amount of product you get from them / pigment ratio. The only time I use something else is traveling to the gym or in a carry on.

BEST PILATES WRAP TOP

I’ve tried quite a few over the years and this one is the best fitting one I’ve ever tried! No shock that it’s from carbon 38. It conforms to your body shape perfectly whether you’re more curvy or straight.

The best part about the carbon 38 melt fabric is the fact that it’s so durable and can last you over a decade if you care for it properly. The colors never fade. I snag this for $22 in the archive sale last week however it’s still on sale, although much less savings. It’s now under $100.

Astoria activewear has become a fast favorite of mine, this gingham set is incredibly cute and gets tons of compliments in classes. Unintentionally went for a Dorothy look today 😂 the fit runs a bit small I’m wearing a size medium in the bra top as a size 32D bust and wearing a size small in the bottoms when I normally take a size 4 in lululemon or extra small and CRZ. Would recommend taking a size up in all of Astoria active wears pieces carbon 38 runs true to size and this is a size small in the wrap top.

Not only is this detergent affordable when you consider the amount of uses you’ll get out of this bottle, but it’s also fully recyclable and most importantly formulated with nontoxic ingredients which are safe for sensitive skin.

It’s formulated without any dies sulfates Parbin or other nasty chemicals you’d find in namebrand detergent. You can also consider it an all in one with stain removal as an easily removed stains without having to add any extra stain spray.

One of these bottles last me nearly 6 months doing weekly bedding loads, daily activewear loads and washing all of my pillowcases every three days. It’s gentle enough to use on silk pillowcases or silk eye masks. NAIL REHAB RESULTS: 2 WEEKS POST NAIL REMOVAL

If you followed my nail rehab recipe from my previous LTK post, these are the results after two weeks of consistent use! My nails have grown out the broken portion of the Nails and the nailbeds are almost back to normal. Honestly, it’s a night and day transformation.

I follow the recipe every single week starting with the nail serum and putting two coats of that on first. Wait 10 minutes and then apply two coats of the nail strengthening polish every day after, apply one more coat of the nail strengthening polish do this for an entire week And then take the polish off and restart!

Hypochlorous acid is my secret weapon after workouts at the gym, prior to any in-flight skin care I might decide to do, and can even be used on my dogs paws after walking around the city to eliminate any bacteria!

It’s truly a miracle chemical: helping alleviate everything from eczema, rashes, small cuts, and scrapes burns including sunburns, and breakouts. I’ve linked all of my favorite brands here that do an incredible job.

HOW TO FIT A FULL FACE OF MAKEUP AND HAIR TOOLS INTO YOUR DAILY GYM BAG FOR THE OFFICE

I am always looking for products that will either pull double or triple duty, are travel size friendly, and take up the least space possible in my work bag. Especially since I’m usually carrying my prepped lunch for the day and a laptop.

HOW TO REHAB YOUR NATURAL NAILS AFTER GEL MANICURES

I swear by these two polishes! The bond builder one helps fill in ridges and build back your nail. I like the clear pink strengthener on top for added help and so it looks like my nails are still polished.

For polished nails, I do 2 coats of the bond builder, wait 10 min, then add 2 coats of the pink one. I add another pink coat every day for 6 days. The results are insane!
