I know I’ve shared this recently, but I’ve had it every day since sharing.

I’m usually a hot coffee girl no matter what, but this iced coffee has stolen my summer.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso
1 teaspoon honey
1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
2oz water
Ice
Milk

Instructions
Froth instant coffee, brown sugar, honey, and watched together. Add your ice and then add your milk, stir and enjoy!

Give me a recipe that I can just throw it all into a pan and cook it in the oven, I’m here for it!

This recipe was delicious, I finally told myself to stop going back for more before I made myself sick. Needless to say I’ll be making this again!

Ingredients

1 pound uncooked penne pasta
1 1/2 pounds raw shrimp peeled and deveined
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 package 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Add the uncooked pasta, raw shrimp, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese cubes, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the baking dish.
Stir everything together until well combined, making sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir the casserole gently, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

A favorite around here! It’s always doubled because the kids love it cold all week long ♥️

Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can sweet cream style corn
1 stick of butter
1 cup velveeta cheese diced up
1 cup of of elbow noodles, cooked halfway

Ingredients:
Cook elbow noodles halfway, place in crockpot, add everything else into the crockpot mix up well. Cook on high for two hours stirring occasionally, serve when everything is melted.

1 box of instant vanilla pudding (milk to make it)
1 package of Oreos
1 8oz container of cool whip.

Instructions:
Make the pudding per box and let it set up.
Crush up your Oreo cookies
Once pudding is set up mix your cool whip with it. Then add your crushed up Oreos and mix well. Place in fridge to help set up and cool.

Home grown green beans from our garden just hit differently.

Not much of a recipe, but wash and snip your ends to the beans.

Place beans in pan with about 1-2 inches of water. Cook for 5-ish minutes. Drain and set beans out of pan.

Melt 3 Tablespoons of butter and 3 cloves of garlic until fragrant. Add green beans, salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!

I love me some Brussels sprouts and these really hit!

INGREDIENTS
1lb Brussels sprouts, fresh
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs Ranch seasoning, dry
1 tos Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground

Instructions:
Trim stems from Brussels sprouts, remove any loose or damaged outer leaves and cut sprouts in half lengthwise.
Place Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil until well coated.
Mix together ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and sprinkle mixture onto Brussels sprouts, tossing until well coated.
Place Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket or tray in a single layer, set to air fry at 350°(F) for 12 minutes. No preheating necessary. At the halfway point, open air fryer and shake basket/flip sprouts accordingly.
When done, remove to a bowl for serving.
