Give me a recipe that I can just throw it all into a pan and cook it in the oven, I’m here for it! This recipe was delicious, I finally told myself to stop going back for more before I made myself sick. Needless to say I’ll be making this again! Ingredients 1 pound uncooked penne pasta 1 1/2 pounds raw shrimp peeled and deveined 2 cups heavy cream 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add the uncooked pasta, raw shrimp, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese cubes, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the baking dish. Stir everything together until well combined, making sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, stir the casserole gently, then sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. foodlover foodgasm foodies foods foodoftheday LTKfoodie LTKvlog LTKU
