Ingredients: - 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails removed) - 4 tbsp butter, melted (unsalted preferred) - 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced (finely chopped) - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (freshly grated best) - 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) - 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste) - 1/2 tsp paprika (adjust to taste) - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped - 1 lemon, cut into wedges Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Coat the shrimp evenly for the best flavor. 3. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Ensure not to overcrowd the pan. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the cheese is golden.
