Quick update — I’ve been going to the bathroom just a little more, and honestly… I’m not mad at it at all 😌

I’m always asked if I eat regular food or if I just drink juices, and the answer is YES — I do both.

I actually eat whatever I want. I love home-cooked meals, veggies, fruits, and I drink lots of water. Nothing extreme, just balance and consistency.

I also fast about 12 hours daily, do a water fast on Mondays, work out 5x a week, and prioritize rest just as much as movement.

Juicing isn’t about restriction for me. It’s about adding more nourishment, creating structure, and supporting my lifestyle in a way that feels sustainable.

That’s how I stay consistent and see real results.

My toddler doesn’t get sick often and for the most part she eats and drinks almost everything. But of course, when she’s not feeling well, she won’t always drink or eat enough of what she actually needs.
