•froth until doubled in size/fluffy

Carrot Cake Syrup 🥕🧡

•2 cups real carrot juice
•2 cups brown sugar (use less if you want it not as sweet)
•2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (or nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, allspice separately)

•bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes
•let cool then store in an airtight container (good for 1-2 weeks in the fridge)

Syrup -
•toast 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
•add 3 overripe bananas, mashed
•1 cup water
•1 cup brown sugar
•2 tbsp cinnamon
•boil & reduce to a simmer 10-15, then strain

Latte -

•homemade banana nut syrup
•sweet cream creamer @chobani
•ice

Cold Foam -
•2 tbsp milk
•3 tbsp heavy cream

Banana Nut Syrup 🍌🌰

•1/2 cup unsalted walnuts, coarsely chopped
•1 cup water
•1 cup brown sugar
•2 tbsp cinnamon

•add walnuts to a saucepan over medium heat & toast until golden brown
•mash overripe bananas with a fork
•add bananas to saucepan with walnuts once toasted
•add water, brown sugar, cinnamon
•bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes
•strain
•transfer to an airtight container once cool

•brew the pod as a double espresso by double tapping the button until it turns teal
•combine the espresso with your milk/creamer of choice and 1 tbsp strawberry syrup (add more or less depending on how sweet you like your drinks!)
