Sunday uniform... Is it just me, or do you live in leggings, even after you work out? Speaking of working out, I’ve been using 18 kg kettlebells during my HIIT workouts (up from like, 6 kg 🤣, but anyway...). Being American, I had no idea how that translated into pounds. Until I Googled it and it turns out that it’s like 34 pounds! It’s funny because I don’t think I’d ever pick up a 34 lb weight. But I guess that demonstrates that it really is the mind that’s the limitation sometimes.
