Sunday uniform... Is it just me, or do you live in leggings, even after you work out? Speaking of working out, I’ve been using 18 kg kettlebells during my HIIT workouts (up from like, 6 kg 🤣, but anyway...). Being American, I had no idea how that translated into pounds. Until I Googled it and it turns out that it’s like 34 pounds! It’s funny because I don’t think I’d ever pick up a 34 lb weight. Ok, so here’s the thing...I went to a new doctor for my annual and he basically told me that I had to do more cardio or else I’d gain weight and my “husband probably wouldn’t like that.” Besides being totally shocked at his comment, it also made me feel insecure about my body. I was really slender growing up and I am currently the heaviest I’ve ever been—I know part of that is because I also have more muscle from working out regularly. Even though I’d rather be #healthy and #strong, sometimes I still question whether I’m doing enough...do I need to work out 6 days a week instead of 4? Not eat any cheat foods rather than trying to just eat less healthy foods in moderation? At the end of the day, I’m trying to make a conscious effort to focus on how I feel and how much energy I have, rather than how my body looks this decade vs when I was 16. #StrongIsSexy no matter what your shape or size!

$45 mask?! Read on for my honest review. Treated myself to @lamer Hydrating Facial Mask and love how velvety my skin felt afterwards. Instructions said to keep the mask on for only 8 minutes but considering the $$$ I kept it on for closer to 20 and I used all the extra product as my lotion. It also says to use weekly, which I will NOT be doing until I get into a different income bracket 😆. Given the price tag, I would probably prefer a mini facial instead, but this mask definitely is a wonderful go to if you can't make it to your esthetician! 👍 http://liketk.it/2uDAi @liketoknow.it #liketkit
