I was really slender growing up and I am currently the heaviest Iāve ever beenāI know part of that is because I also have more muscle from working out regularly. Even though Iād rather be healthy and strong, sometimes I still question whether Iām doing enough...do I need to work out 6 days a week instead of 4? Not eat any cheat foods rather than trying to just eat less healthy foods in moderation? At the end of the day, Iām trying to make a conscious effort to focus on how I feel and how much energy I have, rather than how my body looks this decade vs when I was 16.
