Stocking up on my vitamin D 😉 I’m linking to a few of my favorite one piece suits, including the one I’m wearing... http://liketk.it/2wyee #liketkit @liketoknow.it — Ok, so here’s the thing...I went to a new doctor for my annual and he basically told me that I had to do more cardio or else I’d gain weight and my “husband probably wouldn’t like that.” Besides being totally shocked at his comment, it also made me feel insecure about my body. I was really slender growing up and I am currently the heaviest I’ve ever been—I know part of that is because I also have more muscle from working out regularly. Even though I’d rather be #healthy and #strong, sometimes I still question whether I’m doing enough...do I need to work out 6 days a week instead of 4? Not eat any cheat foods rather than trying to just eat less healthy foods in moderation? At the end of the day, I’m trying to make a conscious effort to focus on how I feel and how much energy I have, rather than how my body looks this decade vs when I was 16. #StrongIsSexy no matter what your shape or size!
