I feel like the jacket is a bit small so Maggie got a medium jacket, small pants and is 5'6".

We struck out on the Ella Jammies but Maggie found a $20 fleece set that looks like Abercrombie.

Some of our favorite workout sets. Grace wears a lot of aerie and New Balance she texted me yesterday her mother texted me shoes.

An autoimmune diagnosis was a wakeup call for Grace.. so she cut out gluten, increased her protein, started strength training 4-5 days a week and joined a Bible study. Here's her workout-ish… she kind of rotates and mixes lower body, then upper and then a little of both for a full workout separated by Pilates.

The shoe that got me moving again. I started wearing the Hoka Bondi 9 when I was dealing with joint pain and haven’t looked back. The rocker-style sole made such a difference in how I felt walking and moving that these have become a permanent part of my rotation. @fpmovement #fpmovementpartner
