Some of our favorite workout sets. Grace wears a lot of aerie and New Balance she texted me yesterday her mother texted me shoes.

An autoimmune diagnosis was a wakeup call for Grace.. so she cut out gluten, increased her protein, started strength training 4-5 days a week and joined a Bible study. Here's her workout-ish… she kind of rotates and mixes lower body, then upper and then a little of both for a full workout separated by Pilates.
