Send handwritten encouragement cards to family and/or friends- mail notes with a prayer or blessings to your loved ones for the holiday season. Yes this means you need to ask/clarify their address! Extra points if you add a nice holiday picture.🙌🏽 3. Host a “faith & film” night- get some healthier snacks & that infamous charcuterie board for your friends and watch Christmas themed movies with a spiritual message. Once it’s done have an open discussion of what you experienced.♥️ 4. Holy habit stacking challenge-start adding one new faith based habit to your routine every week.🏃🏽♀️ 5. Digital detox Sunday’s -unplug from devices every Sunday to focus on God, family and rest. Limit your screen time to get more focused for your goals of the week. 📱 6. Find a faith based therapist- locate a therapist you are able to physically drive to during the winter months that share the same core values as you do. 👩🏽🏫 7. Make a “go to” podcast playlist- create an easy accessible playlist of podcast so that you can be inspired on the go. Only listen to those that are promoting peace, joy and inspiration and not for your entertainment. Listen to minimum of 2 a day. 😘 8. Eat plant based for a day- if you can not go plant based for our Godly Winter Arc challenge, start small and select one day out of the week to just eat green/1 ingredient 🥗 foods. 9. Simplify your skincare routine - always add spf to your winter skincare but keep your routine simple yet effective.
