I can honestly say from experience as a fat girl my whole life no one cares. People talk online but if I’m in a swimsuit outside no one reels me anything. And even if they’re thinking something it doesn’t affect me. Even if they say something it won’t ruin my day. And sure confidence can be easier said than done but I promise regular people aren’t going to say anything to your face. The might troll you online, and you may face other adversity for your size (I’m not gonna pretend people don’t treat you differently esp as an extended plus size) but you deserve to take up space, wear the damn stringy bathing suit, and feel good in your skin. Short and sweet edit for my travels. The swimsuit is so cute but it’s tooooo cold to swim still so I paired it with these sunburst wide leg pants. The tennis dress surprised me, shelf bra inside for stability and coverage, super long shorts, it was chic and really perfect for running around the island! She’s flying 🧚 I love aerial bc I don’t have to be amazing I can just keep showing up and trying 🩷 being active and doing dynamic moves and spinning and hanging upside down has helped a lot with my vestibular issues. I found aerial in the deepest hardest part of my vestibular onset when I was basically dizzy 24/7 and had no idea what was going on. I figured I might as well spin if I’m already dizzy. Building tolerance has been key to helping me feel better overall along with time. I love playing around in open gym 🩷

I got in my recent order and before filming I wore this out to dinner on Friday with my friend and everyone lovedddd this outfit I think paired wit the cute crochet scarf it really took it over the edge! I wore a better bra Friday when filming I’m almost always in a soft bralette I have long since freed my chest from the oppression of underwire but if you have natural bigger boobs this will hit a little above your chest! I like to smell good, especially as a plus size girlie we get judged for everything so I have to smell immaculate. This has been one of my favs, it’s so fruity. It reminds me of a tropical vacation. It’s a body and hair mist and it’s so worth it! (See how empty my bottle is 😂)

Practice 💪 I haven’t been able to grasp mermaid for some reason but it came to me during this practice. I was also able to transition to lion from it. I’m so scared of not being able to hold my weight, especially when I’m constantly fluctuating sizes due to chronic illness, so I didn’t feel comfortable trying without a crash mat. I got the mat out and felt more secure and was able to hit mermaid and touch my hand to the bar behind me. I tried for so long to achieve that but it took 3 years to gain the mobility and flexibility for that. Coffin is a pose I can do, and Amazon has been hard because I rarely have a hoop sized correctly for me but I’ve been able to hit and hold Amazon do a few second 💞
