I can honestly say from experience as a fat girl my whole life no one cares. People talk online but if I’m in a swimsuit outside no one reels me anything. And even if they’re thinking something it doesn’t affect me. Even if they say something it won’t ruin my day. And sure confidence can be easier said than done but I promise regular people aren’t going to say anything to your face. The might troll you online, and you may face other adversity for your size (I’m not gonna pretend people don’t treat you differently esp as an extended plus size) but you deserve to take up space, wear the damn stringy bathing suit, and feel good in your skin.
