It’s very difficult for me to wear protective masks besides surgical masks. And I don’t mask often, but sometimes I like to use them when I fly, go to the doctor, or am sick. I get migraines and a huge trigger is pressure around different parts of my face. I get asked a lot if I have a mask recommendation and this is the only one I found that works well for me. It’s a KN94. So it has better protection than a surgical mask, but obviously it’s not top of the line. It’s more comfortable around my ears and nose.
