A clunky flow but a flow nonetheless. For my plus size hoopers how do we deal with the legs running into my stomach bc this is making me sooooo slow and non fluid. I’m not hyper mobile. I’m actually the opposite and arthritic making flexibility harder for me in general. My belly stays in the way which is fine in normal setting but in the hoop it’s driving me nuts. Any advice appreciated. Maybe I need compression on bottom to make it at least smoother to glide my legs across it??? Anyways this was the most productive flow and series of moves I’ve had in a while. 🔗Outfit is old but if you comment Kimmy I’ll send a look alike that’s available right now! 🔗
