Eight years ago, this wasn’t the life I imagined for myself. A bigger house. A newer kitchen. A faster path to the “finished” version of everything. But somewhere along the way, living in this 1920s home and raising our family here, something shifted. I slowly started letting go of the life I thought I was supposed to build… and began embracing the one right in front of me. The small kitchen. The quirks of an old house. Spaces layered slowly over time. This home has taught me that beauty isn’t found in bigger or newer. It’s found in paying attention and learning to love what you already have. If that kind of life resonates with you, I think you might feel at home here. Welcome. 🤍 I hope you stick around 🙏🏽 — Tessa - SlowLivingHome LivedInHomes OldHouseCharm HomesWithCharacter SimpleIntentionalLiving
