Lucky Charms 2-Ingredient Cookies 🍀

Ingredients
	•	1 package Pillsbury Break & Bake cookie dough
	•	1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (separated from cereal)

Instructions
	1.	Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Baking at a lower temp helps keep the marshmallows from burning.
	2.	Roll each cookie dough ball in the Lucky Charms marshmallows, gently pressing them into the dough.
	3.	Place cookies about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
	4.	Bake for 12–15 minutes, but start checking around 11–12 minutes. The edges should look lightly golden while the centers stay soft.
	5.	Let cookies cool for a few minutes so they set, then enjoy your magically delicious St. Patrick’s Day treat! ✨🍀

A slow winter morning ⛄️☕️ 

INGREDIENTS
 
2 tubes store bought cinnamon rolls (I recommend Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls With Cream Cheese Icing)
1 cup heavy cream
baking spray
½ stick butter melted 
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Spray large baking dish with nonstick baking spray and place cinnamon rolls in.
Pour the heavy cream over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
Mix remaining ingredients minus the frosting, then evenly distribute over the top of the buns. 
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from heat and add icing. 
Serve immediately.

I love using @fairlife whole ultra-filtered milk in my cooking—it's rich, creamy, and simply delicious! 🍅🌿 This homemade creamy tomato basil soup is a game-changer, and I’ll never go back to canned soup again. Perfect for warming up on a chilly day, it combines fresh ingredients with the unique richness of fairlife milk, making every spoonful a delight. 

6 Ingredient Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

6-8 heirloom tomatoes, quartered
1 small onion, quartered
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1 cup fairlife whole ultra-filtered milk
4-5 garlic cloves 
4-5 fresh thyme leaves 
1/3 cup pesto 
salt & pepper to taste

1. Quarter tomatoes and onion.
2. In a large pot, combine the tomatoes, onion, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and salt and pepper. Cook on low-medium for 20-30 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst and release their juices. Let cool slightly.
3. Add the milk and pesto. Blend until smooth with an immersion blender. Heat again over medium heat until bubbling.  Season the soup with salt and pepper. Top with fresh basil and croutons.  Enjoy!

A watermelon cake is a refreshing, healthy summer treat made entirely from fresh fruit. Here's a quick guide to create a three-layer watermelon cake with berries, mint, and grapes.
Ingredients:
1 large seedless watermelon
1 pint strawberries
1 pint blueberries
1 pint blackberries 
1 bunch grapes
Fresh mint leaves
Toothpicks & Skewers 

Instructions:
Prepare the Watermelon:
Cut off both ends of the watermelon for stability and remove the rind to form a smooth cylinder. Slice into three thick discs.
Assemble the Cake:
Stack the discs from largest to smallest on a platter, securing with skewers.
Decorate:
Wash and prepare the berries and grapes; arrange them on the cake for a cascading effect.
Garnish with Mint:
Add mint leaves for a fresh aroma.
Serve:
Chill until serving. Slice and enjoy!
