It’s Soup Season! 6 Ingredient Creamy Tomato Basil Soup 6-8 heirloom tomatoes, quartered 1 small onion, quartered 3 TBSP Olive Oil 1 cup fairlife whole ultra-filtered milk 4-5 garlic cloves 4-5 fresh thyme leaves 1/3 cup pesto salt & pepper to taste 1. Quarter tomatoes and onion. 2. In a large pot, combine the tomatoes, onion, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and salt and pepper. Cook on low-medium for 20-30 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst and release their juices. Let cool slightly. 3. Add the milk and pesto. Blend until smooth with an immersion blender.
