My newest gadget is the pad for the barbell- if you’re squatting or hip thrusting this thing is a must!! I ordered mine from Amazon - there’s just about every color.

leg day - 3 months ago i started out with 8lb dumbbells. Consistency with gym, strength training, creatine, and healthier eating habits have all helped me come a long way.

these ankle straps for the cable machine are so handy. I got mine on Amazon - they have just about every color.

i have strawberry skin and the ONLY razor AND shaving cream i can use is Athena Club. It was time to stock up on just more blades until i ran into the cutest razor set so i treated to myself to a whole new razor while i was at it.

They also have a travel size razor that comes in a mini case now- which i am so happy for 🩵💜🩷
